Automated call from fake HMRC officer threatening action
These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. 01626818363 number called today (Wednesday 7/10/2015) asking to review and update my business details that were on their system.I asked him to repeat where he was calling from he said from Corp / Court Data, I replied that I had never heard of them. The caller apologized and said that he was sorry for any inconvenience and that he had called the wrong number. Sounds like (B** S****)to me, so possibly another money making scam.
