This is another fake number being used by the criminals to say they are Talk Talk and whose purpose is to infect computers. It was a silent call - not a sound when I answered - but that is not unusual. I get such calls daily. Other reporting sites (not Tellows) confirmed what I knew already - that it was these people again. Claims to be from EE promotions, I thought it was true as I did recently ask EE to call me as I was in the realm for an upgrade.
