I am receiving calls from an insurance company which I have now got them to identify themselves as Castle Cover. I have never had any insurance with them but a few years ago asked for a quote. How long are they allowed to store this information? Will now block this number

Called saying they could save us Tax due to HMRC. Told them we weren t interested but still they call 5-6 times a month. A real nuisance and harrasing!!

I've had 4 calls from this number today. The fourth time I answered the call and could hear it was a call centre. The guy asked for me by name and then put the phone down...

This was a call from Reassured Insurance, following my request for an online quote. No online quote given but follow up phone calls from a local number in my area. They do not seem to have any office in my local area. I would not deal with a company that uses such tactics.

Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Phoned cold call. Offered a £15 service on our Dyson vacuum. We agreed an appointment for a £15 service. Don t know why they called, but we are having problem with our Dyson, so opportune timing.I am presuming they are legitimate but not sure.
