I am getting phone calls from this number with a recorded message saying there are suspicious transactions on my bank account and it is asking to press 1 to authorize or 2 to speak to customer services. I did not press either. I called back the number and the lady that answered said this phone number has been hacked and I should ignore any calls from it.

SCAM Missed a call from this number, tried to call it back and an American voice says 'this number is not in service. Please check the number and try again' so whoever it is, is obviously using a spoof service to attempt to scam people. If they wasn't trying to scam people, then they would have a legit phone number!

Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. Pointed out BT not my provider which she ignored, she then tried to guess some letters from my email to 'send me a verification' and when I said that wasn't my email, accused me of lying!!!! Presumably hoping I'd supply my actual email.

Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. think this is a new bank scam posh voice phoning about your visa debit card having made two large money transfers - didn't go any further as I assume give us your bank detail to stop transaction.
