Received call from Indian sounding male, call centre environment. Said other people had been using my router. He did NOT ask to confirm my name address, account etc. I asked him many questions as I new it was a scam. He asked me to go to my computer. He said he could not send me an email to confirm who he was so I asked him to call back in half an hour whilst I ring BT to clarify who he is, he quickly put the phone down. They purport to be a government agency refunding bank fees. My belief is that they are scammers.

This number keeps ringing my mobile, knows my name and that I am with BT, says you don t have to notice to your broadband supplier and that they are cheaper (talk talk - not heard any good words about them. I told the guy that I would think about it nearer to my contract ending, I got another call a couple of hours later and this guy would take no, I told him where to go. He then rang back withheld and said I was very rude and hung up!!!!!

I can reiterate what other people commenting on here have said - this caller never stops calling, they try to harrass you by calling your mobile number, even though they do not know who you are, and I am also SICK of them calling my number since the start of 2017...

I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.

This number has just called the home phone and spoken to my partner. My partner had filled out some online surveys recently which was about gaining free samples etc. This was mentioned over the call and then offered him £20 worth of petrol or diesel vouchers, but would need his bank details over the phone to pay for postage. My partner was chatted to the person right up until this point... then stated with all due respect, as much as I would love the vouchers, I never have or will give my bank details out
