SCAM Caller said they were from Amazon and that I would have a high payment charged monthly (£79.99) unless cancelled and the caller was going to "help me" cancel my Amazon Prime subscription. After some arguing (as she tried to get me to stay on the line), I hung up and checked Amazon website going through their online chatbot. One of those you have had an road traffic accident that is not your fault. I asked were they got my details and they said "road accidents and safety statistics", I then said "surely that data is anonymised", at they she said OK and put the phone down.
Calling reportedly as Virgin, offered no confirmation of any account details. All they could say is that the call was being reported and I had problems with my router. 1st of two calls hung up on me. 2nd couldn't answer simple confirmation question.
