Advertising Scams. Try to get you to place ads on non existent magazines etc. Pretend to record calls so do not agree to anything. Used to use withheld numbers but now resorting to mobiles to get round call blocking.

Completed a survey at Tenerife airport last month. Got a phone call today to say I had won 7 nights free luxury accommodation in either Florida, Turkey or Tenerife. Had to book my own flights. Wanted me to collect all the details in person in Regent Street, Liberty s. Also won a voucher for ?75. Sounded too good to be true so looked up the number and see that it is obviously a time share of sorts.

I have been getting calls from this number and I blocked them on iPhone. Then they call from another number. It s the same people selling insurance or saying you had accident!!
