Apparently there’s been some ‘illegal activity’ on my account, and my internet will be disconnected within 24-48 hours. Press 1 to speak to a technician. Utter Tosh.
Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

This is an Amazon Prime scam. The prerecorded message says that if you don't press 1 you will be recieving a £700 odd Iphone. This is an obvious scam so I just dropped the phone.
Fraud - one of those numbers which ring off, and when you ring back they take a call charge - 67p in this case. Don't answer, don't call.
