Fake HMRC scam number. Automated message saying there's an arrest warrant out for me, press 1 to speak to someone. Asked for my name, told them it's "Go f*ck yourself", and got called a Motherf**ker in return. Fake, do not worry, it is NOT hmrc.

Received call about 4.10pm 28-08-2020, lifted receiver and spoke , but received no acknowledgement , just several voices speaking in the distance in an enclosed space ,such as an office, since there was no response i hung up and called callprotect to blacklist caller.

Call center for Learning Curve . They have your number if you have ever searched or done the starting process for one of the 'free Level 2 courses' with government funding. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.
when answered they used my name, but I asked what the call was about and they hung up. I rang them and asked what they wanted and was told that it was nothing to do with them.
