Called by these people offering a free loft roof space check, assured no money involved but if anything detected we would have two years to decide. Loft space checked and said to be in poor state for mould and decay of boards, told it would cost £8k to fix but if we went onto the express service it would be £6,400 but we had to book in right away. We asked for time to think about it and he then appeared to call a colleague who agreed to lower price to £6k but we must firm immediately. We declined.

Think it's a scam. Claimed to be from my bank reporting suspicious activity. It's called twice in the last few days.

The person called about my sky broadband and ask me if I was living at a certain address. When I told her that I moved she said she will update her system but I told her to check with sky because they have my new address. Then she hang up.

HMRC is aware of an automated phone call scam which will tell you HMRC is filing a lawsuit against you, and to press 1 to speak to a caseworker to make a payment. Fraud. Claims to be PayPal but answered by Indian call center. Asked them what my paypal email address was and they hung up. Kept calling them and asking if they knew that what they were doing was fraud/illegal.

I'm based in Queensland, Australia. These people have attempted to contact me on numerous occasions & are SCAMMERS/FRAUDSTERS claiming to be from the FINANCIAL CENTRE, a platform where Bitcoin is traded. They Stole approximately $50,000AUD from & there dodgy schemes & investments, they also stole in excess of $100,000 from a friend of mine. If anyone knows of these turkeys, please advise & i'll be happy to fly to London & destroy them.
