Calling about car accident

This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database, I was rudely informed that if they were to do that we would be charged, and they could ring as many times as they wished.

They are called theclaimsteam.com. Number now barred.

This number called me but I did not answer. I then called it back only to be told I had dialled an incorrect number...I didnt type the number just pressed redial, so I believe this to be a very dodgy number.

Dodgy outfit asking me about the "accident I had recently" then passed me to unintelligible guy with Indian accent asking me to reveal details of car accidents in last 3 years. Not had any nor did I ask them to call. I have registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

getting fed up with these nuisance calls all the time so phoned ofcom who are supposed to be the policeman to deal with these calls. to be honest ofcom is about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. all the lady could tell me was to use call blocking etc. to which i said when these people have 100 s of numbers not much good. told her that ofcom should prove their worth and starting earning their money by doing something about it. but of course they wont because telephone companies will start bleating suppress

Apparently it s the HMRC and I m involved in a tax fraud case.

I had dealings with retail merchant services last year. Their salesman lied about contracts and fees and altered paperwork after I had signed it. It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. Google retail merchant services complaints and then stay well clear.

Automated recording regarding HMRC demanding unpaid tax

has repeatedly rung me trying to make me pay for an advert in his crime prevention magazine that he says I agreed to but I know I didnt. Last phone call was today he became aggressive and nasty, resorting to bullying tactics. Hope I ve heard the last of him but I doubt it somehow. I wonder how the police force or the actual crime prevention team feel about this kind of thing
