Do not give them your DOB or any other details, apparently it may be a scammer watch out. I've received a missed call from this number and didn't call them back. I've heard it's Microsoft, a PPI company and an operating theatre.

Called yesterday at 12.10pm and again today at 09.40am. Both times silent calls.

I answered, phone was hung up. Returned call, no answer.

Very rude woman called. Initially all polite "I m calling from "Eco" - (something I could not hear) - "how are you today"? When I said suspicious of calls like this, she turned nasty - "you re not much of a man if you are scared of a cold call". Beware. Probably scammers.

I had send a mail to HSBC and this number rang me back to discuss the matter. The woman on the other end of the line wanted me to confirm my e-mail address and then answered my query. So unless someone hacked the e-mail system of HSBC, I m pretty sure it s a legit number.
