I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. Phone said number is from Paignton, England. Answered and had automatic message saying this is a call from "Fresh Contacts", I should not be alarmed and I should contact 01513290341 to remove my details from their list. VERY DODGY!!!
I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.

No voicemail message left - presumably a scam. This may be unfair, but if you phone from a mobile and neglect to leave a voicemail it will be assumed that you are selling/scamming. Nobody answers unknown numbers these days.
