Call centre, Indian woman from Virgin media, said someone was using our internet conection without our permission, wanted to know how mony lights were showing on router.

Female caller asked for myself by name before stating: "We believe you are owed some compensation" and offering to send out a form to make a claim. When she wanted to confirm address (which is no longer current) told not interested with request to remove number from their database.

I keep getting calls from these people. They say they can dramatically reduce business rates and make all sorts of claims and promises then you get a contract that is nothing like what they promise on the phone and you will be left with a bill to pay of around £500 and no proof that they misled you. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scam trying to sell house & appliance insurances, by making false comments about that royal mail returning unopened mail containing the application forms,the man telephone became very rude & abusive when I called him a liar.They call themselves Homecare.The real Homecare is British Gas.

I was just called from this number but I could not understand the name. The guy was speaking too fast and he has given me an appointment but as I have some hearing problems I could not get it. On line there is nothing about this number. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

This call was a follow-up call from the Met Police after I reported a theft via their 101 non-emergency number. They repeated to me details from my 101 call, so I have no doubt it was the police. I imagine its unknown etc as it comes through their switchboard, I get the same when the wife rings me from work phone.

I miss the call so I phoned number back voicemail gave new number 020366497 email AAB LEGAL.co.uk I am a member of the telephone preference service so they should not be phoning me . If they phone anyone they have to give their name ,company and a freephone number to contact them .I will be reporting them to the TPS

Had a few missed calls from this number. I ve got a new number from sky that used to belong to someone who was clearly in a lot of debt! This is one of many numbers that calls.

Forever calling my 11yo sons mobile, this being a new mobile contract. Clearly cold calling and continue to harrass us, idiots! From now on I answer, appearing to be my local Police Authority. I ve done this with others and they promptly hangup and I never receive a call from them again. As for the TPS, complete waste of time. I and many others had an increase of calls once added, even on a completely new line where nobody had the number as it was used as a broadband only line by us.
