Silent call. Dialler hung up as soon as soon as I answered and said "hello".
Calls once a month. Asking if i want to buy a phone.. asked not to call back Everything they do now they hangup on answer.

Call claimed to be from cavity wall insulation company suggesting they are surveying houses to remove insulation where it is causing damp. They asked vague questions I.e “Are you the home owner?”. When I asked a question response didn’t match my question or make sense as a response.
It's a nasty business and should be reported to information commissioner as it is an unauthorised cold calling from numbers registered in different countries. Keep blocking...
