Answered the call and it was a civil servant helping me with my benefit payments. Perhaps others would rather not hear from the DWP(!) but if you re expecting a call as I was then it s probably best to accept it.

Cold called me said they were the Hearing Clinic in Derby asked if l worked in a noisy industry took my details Rang back to book a home hearing test. Next day rang again to book hearing Test with no record of me By now l am suspicious l rang them and asked them to bring up my details on their computer but couldn t do that because they were using the phone. I rang again and asked them where they were, they said Carlisle, l told them the last time l rank this number they were in Derby. reply was sorry sir

This number calls me almost everyday, never answered it and from what I have read from above I will be blocking it

Called me awhile ago and I told them to do one so they contacted my elderly mother direct she is terrible memory problems the start of onset dementia they reduced her to tears threatening if she doesn?t pay now she?ll occur further bank charges I?m so so angry I had to rush to my mums and done 1471 when I tried to call it back it won?t connect. Called to say I had been working in a factory in Blackburn and had health issues. I asked what details they hold and specify the health issues - they could only confirm the name and mobile number. Very rude person & called back numerous times.

I texted back to say they d got a wrong number but apparently their number doesn t recieve text messages, although it does seem to be able to send them!
