had a call from this company claiming my creditors have filled charges against me and requested them to recover the money owed. When requested for the names of the companies the caller became abusive and hung up.
I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.

My husband has unfortunately been duped by this company - Clearview partnership. Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. Suprise however - company states had to stop trading as under investigation but investment still safe!! Have since reported to police/action fraud but feer money gone ( life savings). Answered call on my landline to hear recorded message allegedly forwarded from BT to say that my broadband and telephone line are to be disconnected. I was invited to chose options for further information, which I have not done. As my bills are paid in advance and are up to date I have ignored this. I believe this to be malicious SPAM.
