This company has been ringing me once a month on average since a car accident 18 months ago. 0118 959 7999 rang at 09.08. Phone showed this was an international call despite the Reading STD code, so did not answer it. Google shows that the number is registered to the Clarins Skin Clinic in Reading but since I live over a hundred miles from Reading
