Just been contacted by this number,claimed to be from(cooperative energy)asking for an up to date reading of my meters.I normally supply them online at the beginning of the month(which is only 2 days away) I gave them the readings and then they asked if they were located inside or outdoors.They also asked if they were accessible to an engineer should they need to call???????? This has all the makings of a SCAM.I have notified my energy provider regarding this matter

I would not give her my postcode or 1st line of address; I thought if she had name and number she could get that. She talked non-stop for 20 mins when I suggested for both our sake, she cut the call and ring me back
