As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Calls everyday at least twice - I have blocked them on my phone, finally, but I still get alerts to tell me when they ve tried to call - When I answered 3 weeks ago they hung up straight away.
