The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! Infoserve - They call up pretending to be yahoo, bing or microsoft. They waste a lot of time trying to get you to access online accounts etc. Then at the end it s just an elaborate sales pitch, and they ve deceived you the entire way. How this ever works for them I don t know. Don t be scammed!
