Same as everyone else. Got the call and "natasha" said she d been informed that I d been involved in a car accident and that it wasnt my fault. She asked "is that right?" too which I answered "Yes, I was killed" and hung up. When is something going to be done about these morons?

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. I called them back. Then I hanged up when I heard the familiar sound. "Your call is important for us..."

Three times now I have had a call from this number and each time they have hung up without speaking. Done a quick search and it is based in North Manchester.

Constantly phoning my mobile up to 4 times per day for the past week, stating i am entitled to claim PPI on finance i have had in the last 12 years, when i said i have never had any finance, he said well 12 to 20 years then, and i said i don t think you have any idea what age i am !!! However i continued to ask them to stop calling me and all he did was continually speak over me and i hung up the phone and just before i did i said i was going to be contacting the police.
