I am a Amazon prime member but know the membership is not £39.99. I hung up without pressing any number. I believe this to be a scam.

Is bothered by tel nr 088-7751018. Looks like a young man with a Moroccan dialect and is said to be from KPN/Internet/Telephone provider with a new good offer - is quite aggressive and says you "have to" eavesdrop on a tape. KPN says that this person cannot be from KPN and labels this person as a fraudster / phishing. Advice: Do not call back and do not answer. You can number put in contacts of telephone with: "Fraudster, DO NOT PICK UP"!

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. I had a financial review meeting booked via Cpr. I found the whole process to be very good. The appointment was booked and confirmed by Cpr then the advisor. Will full FCA authorisation. Giving me all the information I needed to check the firm out before the meeting. The advisor has sorted out my old pensions, poor performing investments and sorted out I seriously underinsured, in relation to my mortgage, something I would never have known. Very worthwhile. 100% not a nuisance call or scam
