CAlled on 001463718462 @10 .03 20th March . No-one spoke but background noise sounded like a call centre. Then a male voice uttered two words "fuck off". Without the double 00 this would be an Inverness number (where I live) with a single ZERO but the double 00 makes it probably from anywhere in the world, So I'lll call it dangerous but "nasty" might be a better description.

I have received calls from these people every day but nobody is on the line. So I emailed them and told them to remove my ex directory number immediately as they are contravening the new Data Protection Law and one more call and I will complain and they could incur as hefty fine, if I wanted their insurance I would call them, so Google Data Protection and go on their site, There is a link where you can complain. This is harassment so let s put a stop to it.
Fraud Some absolute cabbage tried to send me a text message saying they were unable to process my latest payment for O2. I don't have an account with O2. Had been pre-warned by family/friends that these type of text messages have been circulating. Do not open message and certainly do not click on the link(s) provided.

Best cold call ever. I answered, I was asked for by name and I asked who was calling. The fella said AMS Legal so I said I m not interested and put the phone down. They called back straight away and straight off the same person said what are you not insterested in? - I laughed and said are you for real to which he replied yes, very much and you ll never know about the opportunity that you ve just missed out on and hung up. Fraud - text states that I have added a new payee to my bank account and gives a link for me to cancel the payment.
SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.
Called and said they were calling from Gladstone Brooks, I checked on Google and Gladstone Brooks have confirmed they will never call from a mobile number.
