The only question that I found strange was they wanted my mothers birth month. I don t use this anywhere so don t think with this small information they would get anywhere.

Claimed to be from BT hacking dept. Said my connection was being used by a hacker and they would have to close down my line unless I let them install anti hacking software. During the process £1800 was stolen from my credit card and my laptop is unusable. BT says 01623744013 isn't a phone number.
