I had send a mail to HSBC and this number rang me back to discuss the matter. The woman on the other end of the line wanted me to confirm my e-mail address and then answered my query. So unless someone hacked the e-mail system of HSBC, I m pretty sure it s a legit number.

I had a lot of Missed calls in the space of 45 mins..

I got a call from this number today... Not sure what it is

Credit check company. Tell them you re not interested and they continue to rant and rave over you. Told them it was an unsolicited call, the female has quoted the wrong law, she said good bye then waited for a response! aggressive mannerisms from the off and seemed to call for an argument!! Also didn t confirm the name of who the poor victim was she was calling for, just assumed I was it!!

Called me and then the usual number of 0161 850 1033 came up, so they must be connected. Hard sell company trying to make out a windfall amount of cash from a non-fault accident is yours and is simply dying to drop in to your lap. Avoid.

If unknown don't answer. It's a legitimate number but foreign companies are spoofing their number and pretending to be them. Just spoke to the lady now.

i have had at least 15 calls from this number about my computer This is a fraudulent call

Just put a brand spanking new SIM in my phone and a few hours later I get a call from Bolton. I didn t answer but so far they ve called me almost every day, usually after 11am (I work nights so not happy).

Very rude woman called. Initially all polite "I m calling from "Eco" - (something I could not hear) - "how are you today"? When I said suspicious of calls like this, she turned nasty - "you re not much of a man if you are scared of a cold call". Beware. Probably scammers.

This number is Suzuki GB, I recently ordered a brochure of their new Vitara range and have had calls every day since.

I don t know who this number is but I ve had several missed calls from this number over the last few days. They never leave an answerphone message. It s probably a scam number.

I suggest that such numbers are blocked on your phone. Go to i [information] on your mobile and block caller.

Fake HMRC scam number. Automated message saying there's an arrest warrant out for me, press 1 to speak to someone. Asked for my name, told them it's "Go f*ck yourself", and got called a Motherf**ker in return. Fake, do not worry, it is NOT hmrc.

They have called a number of times. They have either asked if I'm on the computer or just disconnected the call when I answer. It is usually a woman of Indian origin.
