These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. Claimed to be Natwest, I refused to give out any details but called natwest instead to see if there was infact a problem with my account... There is not and this number is NOT NATWEST!!
