Automated call I get a call from this number once a day and after saying hello for about 5 seconds, an automated voice says "goodbye" and then there's the ooooooo tone. Pretty pointless. Unless they're expecting a call back. My advice is to not call back out of curiosity, it's definitely not something you'll need or want.

Government call re@ my NI number - threatening me with arrest if I didn't push button 1 and talk to an officer. I'm to be arrested in 2hrs! It is frightening for me although I'm aware it is a scam. I don't have an account with HSBC so possible scam/phishing attempt? Whole message as follows: "HSBC: A payment was attempted from a new device. Have been contacted by this company no less than 4 times a week for close to a month. They claim to be Caledonian gold. Selling shares in the ownership of the gold market. The refuse to take no for an answer. I have had three different males call me claiming the previous colleagues have moved on. They are intent on getting full personnel details over the phone and setting up an account in your name without cash in it. Do not answer or speak to these people they are pure scammers. !!!!!
No message left by this number. I dialled it back and it had one long ring tone as in U.S or Canadian calls. No one was answering there when I rang back.
