This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.

This number has been calling for well over a year. If you pick up its not answered but sounds like something may happen like a message. I don't wait for that I hang up before. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. Got call from the number the guy said calling from EDF energy and asked for which energy provider you are using I responded with why you need this information then the call got disconnected immediately got call after few minutes from the same number and now been told calling from British gas and started asking for details about current supplier.

I had a call from this number this morning at 10.49 (approx) and a recorded message came which told me that my Visa card had been used by someone for £900. I didn't bother to listen to the whole message as it was obvious to me that it was a scam. Interestingly I waited a few minutes and then called the number back (which I don't usually bother to do) and a very nice lady answered who said that she ran a clinic. It became obvious that she was genuine and that the scammers had used her number.
