Just had this number call my Direct Dial at work. The person left a name as if I knew her! Not the case.

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.

Phone rang for 5 seconds then rang off. Probably an automated spam call.

Survey. When I asked what it was regarding he said to see how people were coping with the recession. The questions were related to finance, occupancy of home, insurance, driving habits, employment status so it sort of went with the territory. Wouldn t give a company name though, hence the low score.
