Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. never answered the call as the number looked strange. If it was santander then the number would be known. searches on the net say its a fake Santander number but seems to be new to most databases. Best to ignore all unknown numbers.
