Every weekday morning for last two weeks at around 9:30 we get two silent phone calls from this number

The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. They don t even ask if I want to advertise. Despite referring this to their complaint department they still continue to bombard me with calls. This is now harassment

IT’S EASY TO STOP THESE CALLS!!! Simply answer the call and pretend to be interested in what they are offering. You will probably be passed to a "manager" who will arrange for someone to visit you. Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. They hate having their time wasted This has worked for me and gives you a great feeling of having got them back

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily. I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks.
