FOWLERS & IMMEDIATE CAR FINANCE - I don t drive or own a car and yet the text me at least once a week. This has been going on for a year, Ive reported them, Im on TPS (which you can do for mobiles) but they bypass that by constantly changing the name that apprears on their texts. Ive called them, but as I dont have an account (and NEVER WILL), they apparently can t take me off their cold call list. Utter bulls**t. Avoid at all costs.

Phones claiming to be "on behalf of Eon" and starts offering new contracts. Got suspicious when they couldn t get to my details given we already had a contract with EON so challenged him. Eventually he claimed to be calling from another company called Contactpoint. Wouldn t trust them.

A woman claimed to be calling from a company called MCA. She wished to talk to me about damage which occured to my car back in 2013, and the phone calls that I had subsequently been receiving. I advised her that a) my car wasn t damaged in 2013, and b) I hadn t had phone calls about the damage to my car - which hadn t occured! This company phoned after my accident with all my details claiming to be an assessor. They didn't answer inbound calls!!!!

Called seemingly to confirm delivery details and then discussed the extended warranty as though it was free and asked me to confirm bank details. I was uncomfortable doing so over the phone so he provided lots more info about me but I then said I d prefer to at least discuss with my partner before signing up: cue the hard sell! I maintained I will discuss it and can can call back only for him to get exasperated and put the phone down on me. Quite rude!
