Just another poor sod sitting in a cramped call-centre on minimum wage wanting to know if I d ever had PPI. I let the young lady drone on for a bit, dangling the carrot of a sale in front of her, lulling her into a false sense of hope, before hanging up. Nothing personal, love; I hope you find a proper job one day. Received texts saying an engineer was coming to install broadband, had no idea what was going on. Had text from Royal Mail saying they had delivered equipment. Then had an engineer text to say he was coming! Found out he was going to a different address. Possibly a genuine error? Nothing bad has happened but annoying.
