This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.

Very Heavily accented caller on a poor line which I suspect originated overseas. Why pay for one of these companies to claim any PPI back when all you do is write your own letter to your credit card company or bank.You get exactly the same back as if they had claimed on your behalf but they charge you for the privelage!
