I challenged her told her she was talking rubbish about being a technical department. I used a few choice profanities to which she called me a few! SCAM. There is no such thing as a Covid Pass. I nearly fell for it. The first thing they ask for is your GP’s post code. That made me take a 2nd look at it. Then they asked for my name date of birth address etc. I completed my mums Covid booster online form and it wasn’t like this so I pulled myself together and deleted everything and looked at the number which was a mobile. The NHS don’t send anything by text on a mobile number like that. Dangerous SCAM.

National Trust welcome phone call - followed by email sent from [email?protected], which is their legitimate email address (according to the website). Caller was able to confirm when I had joined and my email address. REALLY HELPFUL and polite gentleman on the call who provided useful site/location information suited to my needs.

Had a call from this number where he had all of my details, name, number and full address. When I questioned him on how he obtained all my details considering I had never heard of them he said it was in their database. Constantly telling me he just wanted 50 seconds of my time I asked him to remove all my details from the system but he started getting shirty with me an adopted a bad attitude.
