He then asked, "Are you over the age of..." seemed to think for a while and then decided on 50. I am a decade younger than this so I just said, "No." which seemed to confuse him and he said, "Right." The call is for someone else, they obviously have the wrong number. They rattle off a reference number that if you haven t a pen in your hand you are stuck.
