I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. 2 phone calls within 2 minutes of each other, from number 07921057599. It was a recorded message apparently from Amazon Prime... They're using recorded messages now to bug people because even THEY can't be bothered to to speak to people anymore, and yet WE are supposed to be interested!!! LOL I have had dozens of these phone calls during Covid Lockdown, the parasites don't give up do they?

Someone called Alex phoned and said a nember of my family had been involved in a recent car accident. I said that wasn t true and he put the phone down. I ve been getting a lot of "you can make a claim" calls recently.

got a call from them and they couldn t even tell me where they were or which client they worked for. Said something about security....then why did they give out their company name (based in Manchester) - Best Debt Help, after trying to press for more information they hung-up!
