He then went onto what aches and pains we suffer with, as this was part of their survey. Again we asked how they had our ex-directory telephone number, which he refused to answer. Never had an account with sp. Don t even know how they got my phone number yet they re constantly calling and asking I pay a debt of over £1000 for an address i have never even hear of. Told them they have wrong number yet still get phone calls up to 6 times a day.
Keeps calling , haven t answered it but when they leave a voice mail it is completely silent !! Don t trust numbers that wont leave a verbal message.

Phoned early today. I could barely understand what he was saying, but I gathered he was wanting information about my address. I hung up after saying I refused to give my details to a cold caller. The same number rang back after about two hours, but this time I didn't answer.
