Tried to get security information from me. I asked for a direct phone number and he hung up. I called the credit card company and they said no one had called.

AO falsely claiming it s a courtesy call trying to sell extended warranty. Next time I ll buy elsewhere and not give business to this unethical company.

I received a series of five unsolicited calls over a two month period. No conversation, just the sound of people talking (in English)in the background, then hung-up.

Seven calls in 2 days, asking me to answer questions for survey. When I refused they shouted at me, called me a liar, threatened 20 to 30 calls. Said if I answered questions they wouldn t call again, I refused and said I d reported them to Ofcom, they rang off and didn t call again

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.
