Looks like a scam. Recorded message said I d missed a call from my internet provider concerning illegal activity. I had not been on line for over 48 hours.

Scammers pretending to be EE again, insisting I upgrade when I ve never even been a customer!

Call something to do with telephone preference service. Difficult to understand strong Indian accent. Knew my address too. Told him to phone back and speak to husband.

Claim to be from Total Gas and Power. Checked it via their website. Got an Indian Manager calling himself Huffain (surname) refuse to tell me his first name. Told me to shut up LOL

This number has called me over 100 times asking for a person by another name. They are rude to me saying that I do not know what I am talking about, they out the phone down when I say I will report them. They have phoned every day and still do - we do not answer the phone now until we know who is calling. This is a breach of our human rights. It s about time the government did something about it. Just had a lady call me from this number... I answered Hello after the obligatory few seconds of silence I said Hello again. She replied... I m Sophie from the National Hearing Clinic. I said Sorry, I can t hear you. - at which point she said Deaf b--ch and put the phone down. Nice.

This number calls me every day (except for Sunday) more than five times. When I go to the phone, but no one is on the line.

Called to tell me they had to go through changes to my life insurance policy. I don t have a life insurance policy.

Appeared to be usual tele-sales marketing call: answer phone and wait while caller connects to you instead of the dozen or so other numbers he is calling at same time. He eventually says "hello" - I say same and he immediately terminates the call. I suspect I was wrong gender. Just BLOODY RUDE!

Spam call, claiming to be from BT and saying hackers have got into your computer but BT will help you to sort it out. If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.

I ve had a couple of missed calls from 0845-0942574 today (Tues 22nd Aug 17). I tried calling it back on my work phone (Skype) but the call wouldn t connect as the number isn t in service. Very dodgy if you ask me!
