getting fed up with this number calling me on an almost daily basis and leaving annoying automated message telling me to press 5 etc . Who are they?

This number calls most days, and say they have heard from the advice bureau that someone at this address has had an accident in the last two years. This is not correct so I say definitely not and put the phone down.

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again. This number keeps on ringing me. The first time I got a call from this number I had my phone on silent as I was at work. When I tried to ring them back it says that it is not a valid number. I have not answered this number since I have no idea who they are and why I cannot call them back. Seems very suspicious to me. If you get one I would advise you do not answer.

My mother-in-law has just found a charge for ?99.99 on her Barclays statement. I ve just spoken to the bank and they have been 100% helpful and have agreed to refund her ASAP. When mum-in-law initialy went into the bank to query the transaction they told her that it was a holiday company and assisted her to call them. The company told her that they take the view that unless you specifically say otherwise they assume that you want thier services, even though the in-laws had no knowledge of the company. T
