This number keeps calling 2-3 times a day when i answer them they hang up they ring on both land line and mobile my land line is a private with held number they are a pain
This number really is the fraud dept of Smile Bank / The Co-Operative Bank, but there is no way that I would reply to texts of this nature - the fact that a major retail bank is sending out texts like this from an unadvertised mobile number is disgraceful. I called my bank on their advertised Customer Services number, and they said that the text was from them. (Their hold music told me to be wary of fraud - such irony!!)
