I had calls from this code in the past asking to do survey and also PPI. Now I recognise the code is from Manchester area and I just Ignore it.

I have been called 12 times since June 9, 2016. They first say The national date base shows you have not had an energy assessment. I HAVE had a recent energy assessment. I do not like these calls and I think they are connected to my phone hacking problems. I get at least two marketing calls a day not all from this number and I think they are linked to a local call center that may be hacking my line. The call center is on the Isle of Bute in Scotland. i was taken in by idc, they said i had overpaid my business rates by £10,000 and they could get it back. i paid them £50.00 + vat.after 8 months i received a letter from them, stating i was unsucessful in my appeal.igot someone else to look into this matter, and i was imformed that idc had lodged an appeal but withdrew it 2 days later !!. i live close to bolton, and i have told them that i will be popping into the office to speak to someone face to face
