Number claims to be from NHS stating I have been in contact with someone who has Omicron Variant and I must order a free PCR testing kit and left a link to claim it. How would they know I have been in contact with someone with that variant? Expect it is a scam and if I clicked on the link who knows what the result might be. Rang my mother . Knew all her details. Pretended to be British Gas and said if she paid 199.99 now she would save money. They even knew her BG home service plan was up for renewal soon. He was so polite and convincing, she gave her bank card details. Luckily Nationwide have done a visa dispute and refunded her. We have phoned trading standards, British gas . Written a cancellation letter to so called company. This needs to go to Watchdog.
SPAM had a Indian accent women, obviously in a call center with the background noise, plus the delay in the call actually connecting .she is claiming to be from Car Phone Warehouse, offering me a better deal . £30 per month on everything unlimited . I blocked number as she was speaking so never heard the rest of her babble I doubt very much it is from car phone warehouse, and its a spam or scam call
