Phoned me today re TV monthly payment reducing to 5 pound. Only hung up when I told him I didn't pay any in first place, said it was annual payment and I might not notice.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1792917xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims (also reclaim money from holidays) / insurance marketing / energy schemes. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

Called saying my card declined at a shell garage when I told him I don't have a car he said my friend but there is no reason he should have my number and I've never been near Blackburn.

I answered the call and told them I had no money and to F off, then hung up. I was called back immediately and had abuse hurled at me by the original lady who called me, she called me a child, that I should grow up and how dare I swear at her, I hung up
