I used to live in the 01375 dialling code area but moved away over 2 years ago over 200 miles away! but this number has rung 3 times and I am ex-directory and on the TPS list but they have managed to ring me.

Automated message saying from BT and there has been fraudulent activity on my account. If I do not press one now my telephone line and broadband will be cut off!!!!! As my broadband is not even with BT this would be quite difficult for them!!!! When are these people going to realise we are not all stupid???

This number called our landline on a Saturday morning asking what make our computer was and which browser we used. He asked us to go to the computer to check something but we explained it wasn't next to our landline. The caller was extremely rude and told us we were wasting his time then hung up! I've seriously got better things to do on a Saturday morning than answer spam calls. I've no idea what he was trying to do to our computer or even who he was but please be careful if this number calls you.

SCAM - On answer a strident recorded message tells you that "A criminal tax fraud case has been lodged against you". I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Keep ringing me - saying there was unclaimed compensation money from an accident that happened within the last 3 years. Very convincing - I kept asking if this was a sales call and would I suddenly be asked to pay some charges upfront - asked a lot of questions - I remained vague (I hope). Said I would be hearing from a solicitor called John Cunningham Associates. After I had finished the call I felt very vulnerable in case I had told him something that he could use for other purposes

Three phone calls from this number. Heavy accent hard to understand. Claims to be doing an important energy survey and that number will be removed from list afterwards. Refused to give company name when asked and repeated it was important survey and they needed my gas/electric details. Becomes rude and aggressive when you ask questions.

This guys are fraud and trying to gain access to your broadband and connect to your device at home and get all the information. Do not answer or report them.
