Fraud. Got a call I didn't answer. They left a voice mail it wasn't a person it sounded like a generic message. It said there was something wrong with my financial account and then said I'll be arrested ( they spelt out the word arrested) I have 2 phones the one they rang is the one I use for fam/ friends it's not the one attached to any of my bank account/ online shopping. There is absolutely no reason any business should have that number.

Didn't answer call to my mobile as was busy at work. Now added to blocked numbers list. It's about time someone did something about these people. TPS/Ofcom seem uninterested or toothless. Maybe I'll start a petition.
I have had 27 calls from this number in the last 6 days, ranging from 3 to 7 calls a day. Not one speaks, blocked the number and now it just goes onto voice mail where it's hung up within seconds or once there was music left on the voice mail. Woman called to say "We have been informed you were in a road traffic accident which wasn t your fault, can you tell me when this happened?". I said "Who told you this?" She repeated the above? I repeated my question. She said "The RPA" or "The RTA". I asked if this was an official government agency and she said "Yes". I asked which part of government and she said "Yes". I believe this is a cold caller who has somehow, along with two others since blocked, has my mobile number - guessing via software as only family have the number they are ringing. Rings a few times then goes off - ringing the number back produce a constant engaged tone. Another number that'll be getting blocked. SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam
