i got a really rude phone call today buy this asian guy I said to stop calling he said f.ck you b.tch. Rang this number and it turns out to be back on track loans. Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!
