These are not just ppi do not answer they hacked my Facebook and hotmail accounts and if you answer they have a way into your phone so banking apps etc....DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL CANCEL IT...!!!!!

SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.

it was santander fraud team, someone used my old debit card at apple kiosk, £699 and £799 on 11th Dec, when i was at work. they already send me new card, so they blocked it and warning me. it was good security!
Scam!!! said from virgin media (not with them for internet) and internet connection wasn't secure wanted to do a EVENTVWR command on the computer!! hung up!!

A man with an Indian accent claiming to be from British Telecom and wanting to speak to a manager. I've received about ten of these calls in the past and know they want access to your router to commit fraud, download your data, install ransomware. I asked him to delete my contact details (again) under GDPR and he hung up.
